Okinawa Kenpo Karate' Black Belt Registry

To register as an Okinawa Karate' Black Belt you must hold the grade of Sho-dan under the authority of Master Hideka Nakiyama, Master James Lloyd, Master Jeffrey L. Riggs, Master Larry Peck, or any student of the afore mentioned Masters who held the legitimate Grade of Ni-dan or greater at the time of your promotion. All Black Belts who qualify are welcome and encouraged to contact Master Riggs to register.
